Franklin Bowen of Cue Solutions has been a pleasure to work with. We were looking to upgrade our board room with a Microsoft Teams system. Yealink recommended Franklin. He made a few recommendations of equipment changes and had the equipment shipped quickly. Setup was easy and the one issue we had with microphones. Franklin knew it was a driver issue. He logged into our system, installed the driver and the system has worked perfectly. I highly recommend Cue Solutions.
